DUBMATIX
- PERMANENCE DUB
DUBROOM
MP3 REVIEW |
| WWW,
January 2021 - Belgian Net Label Reservoir
Dub started the year 2021 with a free track
from Dubmatix, the Canadian Dub producer who
has worked with too many artists to mention.
A track from their earlier release
"Lost in Dub Part One" which is
obviously reviewed here in the Dubroom, plus
a alternative version that was previously
unreleased.
The riddim
of Permenence Dub itself is a solid steppers
with some cool horns, guitars and other real
instruments. It's not a re-make of 1970's
Reggae, the music has a contemporary sound
and that is not in the least because of the
very good mixing works by Jesse Dubmatix.
The previously unreleased track is way more
tasteful for the lover of Dubwise, as you
can hear how the Canadian brethren dubs it
up heavy stylee!
