DENNIS
ALCAPONE
DUBROOM
MP3 ARTIST REVIEW |
| Next
to U Roy, Dennis Alcapone means to DJ-ing
what Scientist means to Dub. With that, he
can be considered not only one of the
founding fathers of Reggae Toasting but
equally of the whole genre of Rap and
Hip-Hop. His voice has rode countless of
riddims since the late 1960's, an estimation
might even lead into a 4 Zero digit number.

DON
GOLIATH
DUBROOM
MP3 ARTIST REVIEW |
| WWW,
July 2014 - Don "Rootsstep"
Goliath, single-handedly responsible for the
birth and growth of ROOTSSTEP, a form of contemporary
Roots Reggae and Dub that will appeal to
both the lovers of the better Dub and Roots
as well as lovers of Dub Step. Quite an
accomplishment! Love it or hate it, there is
no in between. When you love it, count
yourself among those living in this 21th
century. When you hate it, still consider
yourself among those living in this 21th
century and realize how contemporary Don
Goliath's music actually is. And then, love
it.

A Mix
DUBROOM
MP3 ARTIST REVIEW |
| A
circle around the A wouldn't be misplaced in
this artist's name: here is the 21st Century
French version of the Punky Reggae Party.
Digi-Dub with a touch of this and a touch of
that, held together by a strong vision of
freedom.

Vibrations
DUBROOM
NETLABEL REVIEW |
| WWW,
August 2012 - Centered around veteran online
artists El Bib and Don Fe, the Dub
Vibrations Net Label has released quite some
interesting material, of which the
"Revolutionary DUB Vibrations"
series has reached classic status within the
online DUB Community.
The Net
Label actually, according to themselves
"emerged from the ashes of the original
online reggae community Versionist".
They've been indeed keeping up with the
vibes present during the "golden
years" of the Versionist community,
captured in their excellent releases.

Dubkey
DUBROOM
NETLABEL REVIEW |
| WWW,
April 2014 - Founded in 2009 by the Maltese
producer and radio host Manwell Tabone,
DUBKEY has evolved from being an outlet for
the productions by the brethren to a Net
Label that features singers like Prince Alla
and Kenny Knots, producers such as Unitone
Soundimentional and the Apocalypse DUB
Faction.
Malta might
not be the first place you'd expect the Head
Quarters of a DUB and ROOTS Reggae Net
Label, but then you should admit to have
made a mistake. Dub Key is a Net Label that
you cannot ignore in any way. Not because of
the excellent local productions (Mind's Eye
Dub), not because of the UK releases, not
because of the need for good DUB and ROOTS!
