The final episode of the two-part Bunny Lee
tribute by the Spanish based BASS CULTURE Radio
Show takes off where part one left us.
More than part one, the broadcast contains
some of the hardest material by Bunny Lee. Which
says a thing, considering the fact that Bunny
Lee himself was known to release some of the
hardest material of the time anyway.
We hear militant DUBs mixed by King Tubby,
crucial tunes by Barry Brown, Horace Andy and of
course Johnny Clarke. We also find out what it
means that Bunny Lee was working with almost
every DJ on Jamaica, recording their voice in
King Tubby's studio.
Even though the long talks between tracks
might cause people to turn off the MP3 Player,
the show is still very worthwhile to listen to. |
