DUBWISE
SOUND SYSTEM PODCAST 18

Peter
Tosh, Calderone Concert Hall, 8-22-79
(Podcaster's Comments): Living in New York area
back in the 70s and 80s, I had the opportunity to
go to the city to hear some great Reggae music. I
remember seeing Steel Pulse and Peter Tosh at the
Ritz, Bob Marley at the Beacon Theatre, Culture,
Burning Spear and Black Uhuru at My Father's Place
in Roslyn, Long Island - The list goes on and on.
Recently, I've collected soundboards of some of
these shows and this month I'm happy to bring you
one of my favorites:
Peter Tosh with Word, Sound and Power and the
Tamlin singers Calderone Concert Hall Hempstead,
Long Island, NY 8-22-79
