JANUARY 2007 - UK Based Conscious Sounds
Studio created a three-part video tutorial
on how to construct a riddim. We have
(re)viewed the tutorial, which can be
watched right here on the Dubroom
website.

Conscious Sounds Studio can be considered one of
the most prominant UK Dub and Roots studio's. Not
only is it the homebase of well known producers
JAH Warrior and Dougie Wardrop, but a whole host
of crucial singers and other vocalists have
visited the studio throughout the year.
For the online producer of (DUB) Reggae, it
would be very fruitfull to be able to vsit the
studio, look around and have the people that work
there tell you a little bit on how the work is
done.
And ofcourse, this is physically impossible for
the most of us. That's why the Conscious Sounds
Crew decided to tape some of it on video, put it
online, so that people can actually see for
themselves.
